How can I see the suppliers?

You must register with Toy Community to see the available suppliers and discounts. Only people running TLA member toy libraries may request access and each application is individually assessed. 

Who can purchase?

Only member toy libraries purchasing toys for their toy library can use the discounts. Anybody found using discounts for personal or non-toy library use will have their access removed.

How do I access the discounts?

The process is different for each supplier. Some suppliers provide a discount code which will be cross checked against a list of toy libraries provided by TLA. Others allow toy libraries to set up individual accounts. With some toy libraries there is a central account that can be accessed by individual toy libraries.

How do I pay?

You will (usually) need to pay in advance using a debit or credit card. Toy Community will delete any orders on shared accounts that have not been paid at the time of ordering.

What if I make a mistake?

It is the responsibility of the person ordering to ensure that the details of your order, and in particular the delivery address, is correct. Any redelivery charges and administration time incurred by Toy Community or another toy library in correcting a mistake will be charged to the ordering toy library.
